I have my first call today. I'm not sure if I do it right but since their concerns are for other departments, I transferred their call. Just two calls and transfer them.😅🤣 Now, I know how it feels when you answer a call. Hopefully I'll pass this last 3 weeks of training so I'll be endorsed and can do my plans in life. Hehe
