I think the song is about regrets of something done from yesterday.
Sometimes we do have regrets in life but sadly the control was out of our hands.
We cannot control people, we cannot control unexpected events.
We cannot undo yesterday
but at least we can do the best today and for tomorrow.
I love meet up with friends and was excited for face to face activities again. Last last yesterday we went to the beach and we play and have fun, of course we eat so many foods.
Meanwhile in Myanmar, see those ladies there? They are in construction and it's normal in their place to work in construction. This is amazing, I think I wanted to go to Myanmar :)

Cigarette smoking is dangerous to your health.
I don't smoke ever since, It's not only because I hate the smell but also it has zero benefits.
Most of my family are smoking, my father told me that I should never ask him to stop in his smoking,
But I felt sad about them.
I had read that one stick of cigarette 🚬 is like reducing one Day of our life, and that one day is very precious to our love ones, specially to our Creator.
How much more when someone smoked for more than one stick in a day.
It's nice to see those cigarette pack cover , at least the company gives warning to their consumers.
But still, cigarette are like poisonous products.
We have to love our self, right? So we must also take good care for our own body and health.
I just wish everyone will have a good and healthy life. Good night 😘
Green field
As for update, the rice field is full of green💚now.
It's so beautiful, I wish you all here and see how beautiful it is.
Somehow, green has an impact in photography, isn't it?
I just noticed how beautiful it became when you have green background, just try it and see it for yourself or maybe I'm wrong.hehe
In film making, they usually used only green background for much nicer video editing.^^
They say green color has an healing effect to our body by just looking at it.
try it when you have headache^^
In some hospital rooms, they put at least one plant because they learned that it is very helpful to a patient in recovering.
So this are some reason why I love green.
Can't wait for the harvest time, the field will soon become yellow 💛👈🤭

Waiting
Have something or someone cause you to wait?
I'm sure everyone of us experience waiting.
There are some people who hates waiting so they get mad when you cause them to wait.
Did anyone cause you to wait for an hour? Well, waiting for an hour so easy. Besides, time pass so quickly.
How about they tell you to wait for a day. For me, still very easy.
But what if it takes a week or a month? Hmmm.
It seems too long isn't it? But if it worth to wait, then why not?^^
What if they ask you to wait for 10 years?
10 years is different, I'm sure this is not easy.
10 year passed will cause many things to happen.
But then you are brave enough to take those promises and choose to wait until 10 years.
True, 10 years waiting will affect your decisions, your plans and your life.
But what if after 10 years they take it back what they have promised?
If you experience something like this, then you'll probably understand me.
I felt like 10 years wasted.😔

The gift of marriage.
Have you received any gift? When you see the gift that is meant just for you, you'll be happy of course.
As they handed you the box, you feel excited and overwhelming, isn't it?
Then you'll going to open the box to see what's inside.
No doubt, what's inside is full of surprising.
Then you finally see the item, lift it up and see more about it.
Are you still happy? or feeling disappointed?
Somehow, gift package is the same in marriage.
In the wedding day, both received the gift of marriage. Both of them seen only a box but then later, after the marriage and so on they will see the entire package as a whole.
But what ever item we see in the box, it is still a gift.
The same with marriage, what ever you encountered in your marriage or you see in your partner, marriage is still a gift that should be keep and cherish.
7th world power- Anglo America
This is our generation. Anglo America started their rulership in the year 1763.
As we go back with the prophetic dream of Nebuchadnezzar, the Anglo American was the last part of the image, the feet.
About our days, Jesus explain that critical times will happen. We will experience tragedies such as earthquake, war, famines and others.

Also, people will change from bad to worse.

It's clear that we are living in the last days, last days for what? For the wicked.
This means that we should not be afraid because the wicked system of things will be ended. This is the solution of all Human problems. Because of the wicked system people are suffering.
This ending is our hope for good future.

10 Just a little while longer, and the wicked will be no more; You will look at where they were, And they will not be there.
11 But the meek will possess the earth, And they will find exquisite delight in the abundance of peace.
6th world power- Rome Empire
Jesus and Caesar
It was year 27 BCE when Caesar succeeded in becoming Emperor and proclaimed himself "Augustus"
Trivia: don't you know that our month of August was originated from the Augustus Caesar's named itself?
And wait! There's more!
Don't you know that the original August has only 30 days? They believe that number 30 is a bad luck so Caesar decided to get 1 day from February and add it to August, so now, August has 31 days.
In the year 2 BCE, Caesar commanded to all inhabited earth to be registered, all people to each one to his own city.
And that is the reason why Joseph and Mary need to go to Bethlehem for registration.
That is the fulfillment of the prophecy about Jesus birth.
We can read many prophecy about Messiah (Jesus) in the old testament in which the fulfillment can read in the new testament.(Matthew, Luke and John)
There is one time when the Pharisees tested Jesus by saying:
" Teacher, tell us, Is it lawful to pay head tax to Caesar or not?"
To this, Jesus ask for a coin and show to everyone and ask them:
"Whose image and inscription is this?"
People answered: "Caesar!"
Then Jesus explain: " Pay back therefore Caesar's things to Caesar, but God's things to God."
It is clear that we obligated to obey human law's such us paying taxes, traffic laws and more.
But also, we must give worship to our God.
Almost everyone is familiar about John 3:16
Because of Jesus sacrifice, the hope is not for the Jew's only but it was opened to us all (gentiles)
That's why Jesus is the way and our saviour.

In the Bible, there is no record about any prophets in Greece time but there are prophecies that written by Daniel about Greece.
First, it is represented as leopard- Daniel 7:6
Second, at Daniel 8:5-8
5 As I kept watching, look! there was a male goat coming from the west crossing the surface of the whole earth without touching the ground. And the goat had a conspicuous horn between its eyes.
6 It was coming toward the ram with the two horns, which I had seen standing before the watercourse; it was running toward it in a powerful rage.
7 I saw it closing in on the ram, and it was filled with bitterness toward it. It struck down the ram and broke its two horns, and the ram was powerless to stand up to it. It threw the ram to the ground and trampled it down, and there was no one to rescue it from its power.
8 Then the male goat exalted itself exceedingly, but as soon as it became mighty, the great horn was broken; then four conspicuous horns came up instead of the one, toward the four winds of the heavens
This are all happened to Greece.
The New testament also known as The Christian Greek scriptures refers to Greek influences such as culture, religion and language.
The story of its king is also interesting.
Alexander the Great was the youngest among all the world power kings. He ruled as world power at the age of 20 and has amazing strategies in conquering nations including Medes and Persia.
Sadly, the king rules in only short period of time because he has fever that kills him.
Im not sure but is it mosquito that kills him?
Just imagine? a great king with great army and conquer great nations will die in one tiny mosquito? Amazing 😅

4th world power- Medes and Persian
Queen Esther and Mordecai
I like to be like queen Esther, it's not to be queen of course because I'm already king "shawking".
I like her because she is simple and humble.
She show deep respect and submissive to her husband.
She is brave and show courage.
When Babylon was defeated, some of Israelites returned to Jerusalem while others remain as exile like the family of Mordecai.
Mordecai was a loyal servant of king Ahasuerus the Persian.
He raised his cousin Esther and later on, she was chosen to be Queen, as wife of king Ahasuerus.
There is an evil and proud man who's name is haman. He hates Mordecai so much because Mordecai never bow down to him.
Haman plotted the the destruction of Mordecai and all the Jew's by making false story about Jew's.
He appealed to the king saying: " Jew's are lawbreakers! Let there be a writing that they be destroyed. I'll pay for ten thousand talent of silver ($14,235,900) for the work."
The king believe and give his consent because he doesn't know that his wife was a Jew's.
When Mordecai heard about the scheme made by haman, he immediately informed it to queen Esther. He expressed his faith that Esther had been brought to her royal dignity at this very time for the deliverance of the Jew's.
She show respect and subjection to her husband by asking and waiting for his permission.
She invited the king and haman for a meal banquet for the next day.
By that, haman was proudly informed it to his family. His wife suggest to make gallow for Mordecai, so haman made a 75 ft high gallow to hang Mordecai thereon.
The king learned that Mordecai once save his Life from the two court official who plot to lay hand on the king. The king was wondering why this servant had not been rewarded.
On the very next day, the king saw haman his grand vizier. He ask him about what shall be done to the man whom he delight to honor?
Haman thought that it was he himself whom the king wanted to delight to honor.
Being ambitious, he told the king: " let the royal garment and horse of the king, let them clothe the man and cause him to ride on horseback through the open square of the city.
So the king commanded haman to do this signal honor to Mordecai.
Haman was actually come to the king at that moment for the purpose of obtaining permission to hang Mordecai.
After honouring Mordecai, haman was called to the meal banquet of queen Esther.
At the meal, Esther tells the king: " my people and I are to be killed!"
At that, the king get Angry and ask: " who dares to do such things?"
Esther answered: " the man , the enemy is that bad haman!"
Haman get punished, and also it was informed to the king about the gallow that haman' s made for Mordecai.
So the king commanded to hang haman thereon.

3rd world power- Babylonian Empire
"Mene, Mene, Tekel, Parsin"
Those are the last word heard in the kingdom of Babylon.
In the year 607 BCE, Jerusalem was destroyed by the Babylonian and the rule of the Israelite kings ended.
Jews was taken exiled to Babylon. At that time, the king was Nebuchadnezzar.
Daniel an exile Jews and his three companions were selected to receive special training in Babylon for governmental service.
There, Daniel's named was change into Belshazzar means Babylon's god.
Nebuchadnezzar has two dreams and only Daniel was able to interpret through the help of God.
First is about big image which interpreted as the world's power including Babylon.
Second is about big tree that interpreted as the king Nebuchadnezzar himself then later on, the prophetic dream was about the restoration of kingship in Israel which is the last king was Jesus Christ.
After Nebuchadnezzar, Belshazzar his grandson become king.
Belshazzar was very proud to himself and his kingdom. He made a feast and used the holy utensils that taken to the temple of Jerusalem.
All are drunk, even those Watchmen.
Suddenly, a mysterious hand in the wall appeared and write words, it is: "Mene, Mene, tekel, Parsin"
King Belshazzar was very frightened and called Daniel to interpret the words.
By the help of God, Daniel interpreted the words:
"The Medes and Persian will conquer the Babylon and you will not be the king anymore"
At that very moment, after Daniel finish speaking, the Medes and Persian was inside the room.
P.s those prophetic dreams of Nebuchadnezzar has it's fulfillments up to this day and to the future.

2nd world power - Assyrian Empire
David and Hezekiah
Assyrian started to conquer many nations and became powerful than Egypt then later on, Egypt was completely defeated by the Assyrian.
In that time, the nation of Israel has its own king.
David who killed Goliath was the first king.
His family will inherit the kingship. But sadly, his descendant was disobedient to God. So the kingship was divided into two.
King of Israel with 10 tribes which is in Samaria.
King of Judah with 2 tribes in Jerusalem.
In time, Israel was forced to pay tributes to the king of Assyrian, then in the year 740 BCE, Samaria was conquered.
Sennacherib,the king of Assyrian attempted to add in the list the Jerusalem whom Hezekiah was the king of Judah.
But the angel of God annihilated the 185,000 of Assyrian troops in just one night.
Nineveh was the primary capital of Assyrian Empire.
Babylonian attached the Nineveh that brings the Assyrian Empire to an inglorious end.

First world power- Egypt's Empire
Joseph the dreamer.
Abraham is the great grandfather of Joseph.
Abraham was commanded to leave his place UR and to go to Canaan "the promise land" and will make him a nation in there.
Isaac was the son of Abraham whom the father of Jacob.
Jacob has 12 son's and one of them is Joseph.
Later on, Jacob's named was change into "Israel"
And his 12 son's become 12 tribes and their descendants become nations of Israel.
Due to envy of Joseph's brother, they sell him as slave to the Egyptian.
But then, Pharaoh has a dream and Joseph interpreted the dream through God's help.
The dream was interpreted as 7 years of abundant then another 7 years of famines.
So the Pharaoh hired Joseph to lead the gathering of food during the 7 years of abundant.
Finally when famines came, only the Egyptian has food but other nations doesn't know about the 7 years of famines.
So people go to Egypt to buy food or they make trade for food.
By this Egypt become more wealthy and powerful.
The family of Joseph the Israelites are also affected by the famine.
Through Pharaoh's consent, Joseph get his entire family from Canaan to Egypt.
After so many years, when Joseph's generation died, the Egyptian make the Israelites as their slaves.
They even killed all the male babies of Israel.
But God save Moses and used him to lead the Israelites out of Egypt and go back to Canaan "the promise land."
There are movies about Joseph the dreamer but most are not accurate.

Babylon desert history
In the world history, nations who ruled as world power are:
1st Egypt
2nd Assyria
3rd Babylon (607 B.C.E)
4th Medo-Persia (539 BCE)
5th Greece (331 BCE)
6th Rome (30 BCE)
7th Anglo-American world power (1763 C.E)
*(BCE)- before Christ era
*(CE)- Christ era
As you can see the image below, Babylon is a beautiful kingdom and is surrounded by a great river that serve as it's protection.
That was the reason why Babylon was in great power, they said it was hard to be defeated because of it's river.
But then in the history, Babylon was defeated by the Medo-Persia in the year 539 B.C.E.
200 years before it, the Bible (scroll) for told a prophecy about Babylon.
It says:
•the river will be dried up
•the gates left open
•attackers named was Cyrus
All those prophecies are happened according to the history.
But don't you know that the last prophecy about Babylon is this:
Isaiah 13:20-She will never be inhabited, Nor will she be a place to reside in throughout all generations. No Arab will pitch his tent there, And no shepherds will rest their flocks there.
Does it happened? Yes, it is! As you can see in the picture below.
In the place where the Babylon used to be, about 50 miles south of Baghdad, Iraq. There is just ruin, until today.
So therefore, Bible is not just a book of history but also full of finish prophecies.
And yet, there are few more unfinished prophecies that still need to wait for it's fulfillments.

What do you think of this two has a positive attitude?
Example 2 shows positive attitude and contentment.
In the same manner, when dealing with others, it is helpful to focus on the good qualities of others not on their flaws.
Of course, it doesn't mean that we're supporting or we're being consent to them. No...
We're just making peace with them and specially peace in our minds.

Every morning, I wait for my spoiled sunshine 🌄 to get up for our photo shoots.
There is five different pictures with same subject of course my sunshine.
I took those photos in the same place with almost same time but different in mood. Well, that's my sunshine.🤗
But no matter what mood it has, my sunshine is still my sunshine.
Yup! No matter what mood it has, it's goodness is still the same.

My day
I woke up early as 4 AM this morning to do jogging of course..
After that I went to the market to buy some vegetables and fish for lunch.
It's Bamboo shoots with jute soup I made this lunch. This is very easy to prepare I promise.
Saluyot or jute in English has so many benefits.
If I'm not mistaken, jute is expensive to the other countries.
We all know that vegetables is good for health that's why I like vegetables so much.
But though it's healthy, you can't force any one who doesn't like it.
Be considerate to everyone if you are the one who preparing food on the table.
By preparing something they like most, you're showing them that they are special.
But, but.. at the same time, train them to eat the food they need.

Beach + family = happy
This morning, me and my family went to the beach to do jogging and to have beach air, fresh from the sea.hehe
Family outing is one of the important and effective way to strengthen family bond and unity.
We don't need to have a lot of money or a lot of preparation to have bonding, a simple bonding can do.
"Hindi kailangang Mahal ang pagmamahal."
In English "love does not need to be expensive"
I love looking at the end line of the sea and then meditation is the next thing I always do.
I remember when I was a child, I always dream about beach ⛱️ and it's not beach in the Philippines but beach 🏖️ in the US. Funny right?
That's maybe because I always watch "sea quest" and "bay watch"

Simple flower

I like tulips, lilies, sunflower, daisy and specially rose. I used to collect different kinds of rose but it stopped due of pandemic.

I represent to you the most common dish for Pilipino's, the "pinakbet" and grilled "bangus" or "milk fish" in English.
The milk fish is the national fish of the country.
We have a lot of bangus in our place here in pangasinan specially in dagupan city.
So come and visit Philippines and have some of bangus :D
The "pinakbet" is good for those who wants to diet. And also, this is good for those who are budgetarian.
The main ingredient for this is:
Squash
Eggplant 🍆
String beans
Okra
Tomato 🍅
Sweet potato 🥔
Green chilli
Garlic
Onion
Pork meat 🍖
Fish sauce
Just mixed them all together. Jk
We saute garlic, onion, tomatoe and pork.
When the pork is cooked, then add all the vegetables and a little amount of water.
Don't forget to add the fish sauce for a better taste.

It's funny to see them both treat themselves like true family.
The chicken feeds and protecting the duckling not even realising their difference.

I like the story of Ruth and Naomi, this happen a long time ago.
Naomi lost her husband and two sons and wanted to go back from median to Jerusalem.
Ruth was the daughter in law of Naomi and insist her self to go with Naomi back to Jerusalem.
Ruth and Naomi become true best friends.
I also have two friends who are much older than me and they are deaf sisters.
I just miss their company.
I like the word of Ruth:

This is effective trap, believe me.
This is not just what you see, but also base on what you feel. You may have this romantic feelings.

" This must be love"
But most of feelings is just a moment and change.
•True love
This is based on what you know.
Knowing the person very well can help you to determine your true feelings about the person.
It takes time and efforts in getting to know the one person. We all want an ideal mate (good qualities)
But of course, no body is perfect but then we have to be reasonable.
I know some of couple who are very happy with their marriage life and it's because they choose a mate very carefully, patiently, and wisely.

Black and white for animals is not so big deal, maybe because some animals are really black and white in color.
Colors give life in everything.
Without colors, life will be boring.
God created colors because He loves us, want us to enjoy life and be happy.

Yesterday I wrote about the benefits of laughing in dealing with problems.
But there are some problems that we should avoid laughing.
When showing sympathy to others or death of love ones, of course we don't laugh, but instead, we cry.
Due to extreme feelings of pain, we sometimes out of words and express our pain into tears.
Crying is not a sign of weakness, everybody cries, even men cries.
Jesus also cry when his friend Lazarus die. (John 11:21-35)
So meaning, crying is normal.
If we're in pain, don't hold your tears but let it out, and so the pain will release. That's the use of our tear glands and tear ducts.
It doesn't matter if we want to give tears alone or with someone. Just give tears if in pain.
