Today is mall time 😅
Me and my barkadas had sleepover last night and this morning we went to the school to verify our enrollments. At least now this is for real, we're having 1 month class for baking. YeY!!
After the school we went to SM mall to cool our self 😅I like those cactus 🌵, it's just amazing when you see varieties of plant inside the mall.
Of course we're excited about the class in baking so we also went on to see those prices of ovens 😁

Last night me and my niece play the Roblox - resort tycoon. It's fun though it's a child games.
For those parents who's looking for a wholesome games, I highly recommend this Roblox resort tycoon.
This game is about buying, building, driving and it's feels like yours in a vacation.
I believe that toys and games can influence children.
I remember when I was a kid, most of my toys are animal stuffed toys. Then when I see a cat, they are like stuff toys voluntarily moving and other animals, I think that influence me to become animal lovers ☺️
Some kids who love violent video games are becoming more violent too, according to study, news and observations.
So parents most advice their children in choosing games.
Do not underestimate the treatment we gave to those little ones because they won't forget the way we treated them.
I can say that because I'm now near 40's and still remember those uncle and aunt who treats us good and also those who treat us bad.
Making a home 🏠 peaceful, and comfortable, what I mean is do not always shout or irritate your children, make them feel safe in the house.
Children and specially those teen-ager faced different problems too.
If they feel peace and comforting at home, whenever they face problem, one thing they might think about is to go home and not to their friends or any where else.
This will help somehow as their protections.

As I wake up this morning, trees, mountains and sounds of birds keep flashing to my mind.
I just miss the life in mountain.
Life there is so simple including their ways in preparing foods. They don't need such complicated recipes. 😅
I stay there for just a month but I think I fell in love with the place and environments.
There, It's so cold at night, I wrapped my self with the thin foam mattress when I sleep and I wear my socks because I can't sleep when my feet are cold.
Then in the morning, water 💦 is very cold, taking shower is scary.
Then when I go outside the house, those thick mist and trees are awesome.
Only there I learned to love and embrace the sun.
When you're in a cold place, you really appreciate the sun.
The food? Nevermind!!
I actually miss the food here when I'm in the mountain. I still choose the food here.😆
There is a time there in the mountain, when a friend of ours bring food that's in a big a lunch box. It's looks like spaghetti for me. I was so happy thinking that I could finally eat a real food 😃
But when she opened it, it was a red quava jam.😶
But I can say that food in the mountain are real nutritious and healthy food.
I wish I could go back in there.
Here in the Philippines, there are so many beautiful places and mountains. But when you plan to visit Philippines, you have to be careful. Do not hike or go alone. There are cases and news about hostage specially foreigners.
Remember that Philippines is the 7th most dangerous country in the world 😂, it was last year if I'm not mistaken. Correct me if I'm wrong 😁
But now, as I make a search, Philippines is now 14th. Nice 😅
But anyways, in any country, there are many crimes and violence, so we all need to be aware and careful where ever place we are.

Sunflower are amazing because of it's ability to track the sun.
If you have this plant then try to observe, the sunflower follow the directions of the sun.
Following the sun helps them for a better growth.
If you notice in the picture, sunflowers are actually facing against the sun. It's didn't follow isn't it?

Don't you know that sunflower contains as many as 1000+ of seeds, this depends on the variety in which, there is 70 varieties of sunflower.

Second is the marigold, I'm not sure if is the one that has the strong smell, but they are look a like.
I didn't try to smell it because I didn't want to do it, It's a bad idea I guess 😅
The 3rd is the gold button, people love naming the flowers gold yah know.

I like their color ☺️
The 4th is the cockscomb and the 5th is the oldmaid.
Actually, those flowers are common in everywhere but when you see them in just one place, it's so beautiful.

Last Monday we went to sun flower farm which we see a lot of different kinds of flowers.

It's my first time to try the hot spring and oh my! It's so hot like me😅
The water was 50° C and salty due to sulfur.
We didn't take the hiking where we could see
the main spring which is very hot , you can even boil an egg there because it's P400 in rate and we can't afford, it's very expensive for us.
We love hiking but not today.
Can you believe it? Philippines is very hot country like me but we still go to hot spring 😅
But hot spring is really good elderly ones specially for the arthritic people.
Hot spring is relaxing at the moment we're in the pool but after that we felt so tired and hungry.
I love the restaurant there, loaded and yummy.
Tomorrow we'll go to the river for swimming again,

Mango fruits is the pride of every pinoys.charot!
Mango 🥭 is the national fruit of the Philippines, yes! Our country.
There is a lot of Mango trees here, it's everywhere.
Mango has different varieties:
•Apple mango is big and round, little bit sour
and so sweet when it's ripe.
•Indian Mango is sweet, a little bit small and sour,
•carabao mango is very sour and big
• asisipet (pangasinan term) is the mango in picture if I'm not mistaken.
And many more.
Green mango is nice to make smoothie (shake in pinoy) try it :)

Here is our rooftop where I always take rest and nap in the afternoon because it's so windy here.
Here in our place, we experience 52° C so extremely hot like me 😜
In the picture you can see the unfolding, folding bed😅. It's also nice to see those dove flying around while lying.

I remember our pet kankan the chicken 🐓
How do I get the chicken is unusual story.
My big brother brought a two eggs "balot"
The balot was not cook yet so he ask my nephew to boil it. My nephew was tired and it was late night so he told my big brother to cook it on the next day or tomorrow, so he just put the egg 🥚 on the cabinet.
In the next morning when I go to kitchen to cook for breakfast, I heard a sound of a chick 🐤
I search where it came from and found that it is in the cabinet.
I open the cabinet and I saw a two eggs, one was hatch 🐣 the other was not.
I told everyone, it was mixed emotions at that time, they are amazed and laughing.
We named the chick 🐥 kankan.
The other egg didn't hatch for 3 more days so I forced it to hatch (my bad)
The two chicks grow but sadly the younger chick has lost somewhere. We didn't know what happen, she just vanished.
One day, kankan has gone too, We are sad about it.
But after 2 days, I heard a chick sounds somewhere, so I made a sound to call kankan and the chick sounds gets louder and louder.
I knew it was kankan so I ask our neighbor if they got him, and yes it was really kankan 😊
As you can see in the picture, kankan grew and die old.

I make the signage of a warning about the snow berry fruit just as @kurumbot has told.
This warning sign could help in the awareness of all specially when there are children around.
I do appreciate an advice when I see that it is the right path for me and good to everyone.
Listening to advice or asking advice doesn't mean you are weak and can't stand alone.
It does mean that you are just making sure of everything, or you like improvement.
Trusted adults are the one who give advice such as parents, teachers, boss and other experienced people.
We hardly see our own mistake but other people do,they are like a mirror.
Sometimes the advice is something that we don't want to hear and it hurts,Just like every loving parents did but if we think very carefully, those advice is something we need throughout life.
We should always be thankful if someone correct us, if we do, we can avoid the same mistake over and over again.
Advice is like grabbing you in the arm and pull you out of the road when there is a very high speed car coming to you. Of course, grabbing your arm hurt sometimes but it does save you.

Yesterday, In my way home, I noticed this tree and it's tiny bundle of white things.
At first, I thought it was a flowers.
Though I have my eyes glasses, I still can't see clearly.
We live here for about decades now and always walk in this way but this is the first time I saw it's white thing.
I become so curious about it so I get closer look to it and I realized that it was a close packed white berries.
Those berries are very nice to the eyes and seems like yummy. I wonder what it taste like?
I am a person who love to try and taste uncommon plants and fruits. My friend @ipol told me: "we know you love food so much but it's too dangerous to try those unknown plants because there are plants that are edible once, we don't want you to die"
It's echoing in my mind at that moment. 😅
So at home I make some research about this plant and I come to realize that it was highly toxic and it will be fatal if it is ingested.
This plant is commonly known as snowberry tree, waxberry and ghostberry.
Botanical name: flueggea virosa
Scientific name: symphoricarpos
So please, when you encounter this tree and it's mouth watering fruits, DON'T EAT! 🚫

I like my make-up today, I'm not good in putting make up that's why I only used eyeliner and foundation.
I have a lipsticks too but it is covered by the face mask. I think everybody can save lipsticks nowadays 😅
Somebody told me that makeup can enhance beauty and build confidence.
I don't usually used make-up but I accept that advice and she seems right.
I admire those married woman whom responsibly take good care for her husband, children and for herself.
Despite of doing all those responsibilities at home, she remain beautiful.
I'm sure her husband and her children are so blessed to have her.
It's not good when I am single and look like married, right? So I also have to maintain my look as a single 😁

Hello
I used to learn Chinese Cantonese before, Cantonese and mandarin are different. But here in the Philippines, lots of Chinese here is mandarin.
I found that Cantonese is much easier to learn than mandarin. Sadly, I stop learning Cantonese since 2017 because I became busy in construction and now I almost forgot all Chinese word I learned.
I still wanted to learn the language if I were given a chance :)
Meanwhile, I took a photo from our rooftop, It looks like a fantasy for me. It did remind me of the movie I watched when I was a kid. It's the " never ending story" and it was Jonathan Brandis who act as the "Bastian" , He was my very first favorite actor before^^
Sometimes, Those fantasy movie still flash in my mind.
I made this simple poster for my donut because as they say: "a business without sign, is a sign of no business^^".
I will try to sell donut in our town, I hope it will sold out 😅.

Bahay-kubo
Our national and native house here in the Philippines is bahay Kubo.
Last time, I visited my friends and just saw their new house. I can't resist to take a picture of it because that is my dream house.
The climate now here in the Philippines is very hot like me, there are times that it reaches 47 degree Celsius.
This bahay Kubo is good in summer, It's wall and floor are made in bamboo and the roof is from Nypa fruticans or Nipa palm leaves.
I like the house because it is simple and very easy to clean, And it's cheaper too.
If I'm not mistaken, this is worth P60,000.
When disasters strike and ruin your house, I think doesn't hurt much.
Hope soon we could have our very own bahay-kubo.
Hanging out with friends, talking with them is a great feeling specially when you didn't see them in a long time. Sometimes friends give us something remembrance too.

I eat bread but it's not my favourite, I mean I can live without eating bread.
That's why I just can believe that I get interested in making bread and make income with it.

I remember a girl classmates of mine in high who hates a boy classmates of ours and she treated him like an enemy. Then after our high school, they become husband and wife. They have many kids now :)))))
I found my old and very first touch screen phone.
This is the most tiniest touchscreen I've known, if I'm not mistaken.
It's still working but it doesn't charge any longer.

Diet or die eat?
If you love food then you probably hate this word "diet".
I hate diet but most of us need it.
Diet is not only for those people who wanted to lose weight but also used for medical purposes.
Person's who has allergies, diabetic,hypertensive and other illnesses have an special course of food needed and have those food needed to avoid. For some who don't take their diet so seriously and depends only on the drugs prescribed,sadly lost their lives because of that thinking.
When it comes to losing weight, diet is more important than exercise. We gain weight not because we don't exercise but because we eat a lot of food, so we lose weight by not eating a lot of food.
Food is the source of energy we need for a day.
Our food becomes our energy and the value for the energy we needed daily is depend on work or we do daily.
If you are construction worker, of course you need a lot of energy or food.
If we take food or energy more than we need in a day, those energy become fats.
So therefore, when you have a lot of fats it means you have a lot of energy stored in your body.
It means you have to burn those stored energies by exercise but you don't need to add more energy by eating a lot of food, just eat less.
Our body gets energy from the food we eat.
If our body don't get enough energy from the less food we eat, then our body get the energy needed from those stored energy, our fats.
If we don't have fats already, then our body gets the energy from our muscles. That's the reason why there are people (malnourished) who get very thin, it's like they don't have muscles.

In the US, there are 700,000+ people who get stroke yearly.
There are different kinds of stroke and the worst is the hemorrhagic stroke.
Hemorrhagic stroke is a rapture of blood vessels in the brain which lead to coma.
Stroke is known as the traitor disease because of it's sudden onset.
A strongly active person will suddenly get paralyzed or get comatose.
We all must be aware of this specially when we have a family history of hypertension.
If I'm not mistaken, the normal blood pressure is 90 over 60 to 140 over 90.
So if your blood pressure is beyond 140 over 90, it's better to consult your doctors for advice in medications and diets.
**Take seriously about the given advice specially in diet.
