In this pandemic situation of Corona, we want to sit at home and eat a lot of things that we may not get easily anymore but the recipes that I am bringing to you now are very simple and you can make fun dishes at home.

Instant dinner recipe-(moghlai paratha)

Materials:

*Whole wheat flour- 2 cup

*Salt- to test

*Oil- 1 tbsp

*Onion (chopped)- half cup

*Green chilli (chopped) -4 piece

*Ginger - 1 tbsp

*Garlic - 1tbsp

*Capsicum - (finely chopped)

*Carrot (grated) - 1/4 cup

*Turmeric powder- 1/4 tbsp

*Chilli powder- 1/2 tbsp

*Cumin power- 1/4 tbsp

*Coriander powder- 1/2 tbsp

*Garam masala- 1/2 tbsp

*Amchoor powder- 1/2 tbsp

*Grated Paneer (cottage cheese)- 1 cup

Process:

Take flour in a bowl and spread it with a small amount of oil. Now it has to be melted with water to make a ball of flour. Then it has to leave for 15 minutes. Now take 1 tbsp oil in a pan and stir in the chopped onion, chilli and ginger garlic paste. After stirring for a while, add capsicum, carrot, turmeric powder and chilli powder. Then add all the ingredients, like capsicum, carrot, turmeric powder and chilli powder, cumin, coriander powder, garam masala, aam chur power and Pour the cheese at the end. In this way you have to cook on low heat for 10 minutes. When filling is ready leave it a side. Make bread from small pieces of flour and give the cooked filling in it. Then the bread should be folded on all four sides and the bread should be flattened with a balloon. The next step is to take the oil in the pan, when the oil is hot, leave the folded bread in it and fry it till it is cooked. Then remove from the pan and serve hot moghlai paratha
