IS IT BENEFICIAL TO GIVE MOBILE TO CHILDERN??

Children are our responsibility. We have to think about their good and bad. I don't think children should be given mobile phones before the age of 17.
Today our children have irritability, anger,low morales and depression and I think mobile is responsible for all this. Because it is very easy for children to access games, porn movies and action movies.Children have a raw mind and all these things affect their brain. This is the reason why children are suffering from mental health nowadays.
I think this is the easiest way for parents to keep themselves busy. They provide every facilities like phone,computer and tablets to their kids, but the children can't use it properly because they don't know the good and the bad.
We are destroying them with our own hands while these kids are our future, raise them well and keep them away from all of these and raise their morales.
Do you think is it beneficial for kids or not? I want to know your opinion.
