Fear is inevitable in life, it is a natural reaction when we feel danger, it is our instinct to survive, but fear is also our greatest hindrance, it makes us weak doubts, everywhere we see danger.
It causes us to erect a fence and create a safe zone inside. It leaves us with a lot of great opportunities in life because most of the things worth doing, worth trying, worth living are out of the comfort zone. All people have their own inner fear.
The way we overcome it is the difference. Will you bravely rush into it and attack it to grow older or run resignedly to limit the life ahead of you? A brave man dies once, while a coward dies thousands of times in a lifetime. Fear is a huge hurdle, but getting over it is very simple.
The next time you deal with your fear, try to do exactly what you are afraid to do, force yourself to move toward your fear. Then you will understand that the fear of you is not so terrible. You might fall and hit your face in pain, but at this point your self-esteem will increase. You will look in the mirror and promise yourself a better return, with more careful preparation.
That is also the reason why people say that even if you fall face-to-face you will at least fall forward. Gradually you will adapt to the challenges, they gradually become normal and comfortable in your eyes, your comfort zone expands and you can conquer new areas of glory.
Remember that the great people you admire, the people who guide us, also have a fear of harm, but they use it as a tool to grow and develop to break history. If those people are overwhelmed by fear of harm, will we have the civilization we are today.
Fear helps humans survive, but overcoming fear helps humans evolve. Drum in a cave or out to explore the world?
