Embracing mindfulness at work can improve productivity and motivation by providing the perspective we need to see that.Have funNot every assignment at work will feel like a day at Six Flags. This is OK. What's not OK is making a team that feels like it's a slog every day. In order to make working enjoyable, you don't need a ping pong table or a kegerator in your office. In daily tasks, find little bits of fun, and reflect on what makes working in your organization amazing. You and your team would be shocked at how a little bit of fun can be inspiring.
