It offers a Cebuano grilled dish like chicken and pork barbecue that you are looking for to satisfy your craving experience with the familiar dish of Cebuano. Barbecue is a grilled food on top of fire using a wood charcoal . It is very delicious foods which you can crave more and dine more specially when having a fresh air and beautiful place to relax. Which you inhale fresh air that is coming from some trees in the mountain.
Where is the Exact Location of Chix Boy BBQ in Busay?
It is located in mountainous part of Cebu City. The exact location is at Roosevelt Busay Cebu City near in Temple of Leah . You can take a ride from JY square Lahug for about 15 - 20 minutes using a motorcycle or your private vehicle. Where you can travel a very curve road along your way. You must travel safe in going to this place because you in top of the mountain. Seeing all beautiful trees and plants along the road. You travel a road which is under the shade of the trees so you can experience and inhale a very fresh air along the way. Upon the area of you destination which is Chixboy barbecue you will see the beautiful city of cebu.
Parking area
Chix boy BBQ has a wide parking area which can accomodate 20 vehicles. In every restaurant must have a place for vehicles. This parking area also is surrounded with beautiful Trees. As you see in my pictures there many trees along the parking area
Let me show their Grilling Area
This is the area where they cook grilled barbecue orders from the customers. They have 3 staff who operate the grilling area. The place is surrounded the smoke of the grill. There grilling area is a big thriller van which is design with tires. It is very unique idea of the owner to use this van for their business. The van is made up of metal which can not be easily destroyed when there is a typhoon since there location is on top of the mountain.
This area where other menu of barbecue grill and softdrinks is located and serve from the waiters.
Before you enter place where you will dine in. You must have to fill up a necessary information as their health protocols because of Covid 19. When we comes in the dining area we undergo a temperature check and daily log in for all costumer visited the place. You must wear a mask and social distancing inorder to minimize the spread of the virus. They have also disinfect your hands and also the table in area where you dine in.
After there a chair allocated in the waiting area for all customer who dine in and wait for our turn to comes in the dining area.
These are the list of menu in chix boy BBQ. They have pork barbecue, pork belly, pork tocino, pork samgyeopsal, pork Sisig and pork steak with their corresponding price. In chicken also they have chicken thigh, chicken skin and chicken leg. They will also serve a seafoods name tuna pangs, scallops and scallop with sisig which is very in demand of the customer. Also they use a puso or hanging rice to serve to the customer.
