Good day to all read.cash family. Today  I want to share this foods recipe that comes from the sea or ocean. You can prepare this recipe easily and quickly without many ingredients.

Today when I passed in the market  I buy from this old man vendor selling this Lukot /sea share secretion for my dinner. I know that it us not good to eat sea food salad during dinner but I want to eat this recipe today..

For those who don't know about Lukot.  Let me share you my little idea about this seafood. Lukot is actually came from a sea slug called "DUNSOL". It lives in sea grass beds and reef along the sea.  According to my workmate that we can find egg during low tide in the grass beds in the sea.

Here the ingredients  

200 mg Lukot

2pcs tomato

1pc red onion

1 pc ginger

1 mg magic sarap seasoning  granules

1 pinch of salt

1 pouch of vinegar

PREPARATION

1. Prepare all the ingredients. Chop the tomato,  red onion and ginger into small piece

2. Put the Lukot in a serving bowl

3. Add the cut tomato,  red onion and ginger and mix it well.

4. Add the magic sarap seasoning granules and a pinch of salt. Mix

5. Taste it.. It so yummy  and for the appetite.

6. Ready to serve and enjoy.

The egg mass of the Lukot /seahare Dolabella auricularia has been gathered as human food for  long time without knowing its nutritional composition. My mother always buy a Lukot for our family specially  in making a Fish Tinola soup. They love to eat hot soup with a taste of this seahare or lukot. It is nutritious  with mineral content and amino acids.  The egg mass of the wedge seahare contains some nutritional components that are very essential in maintaining a healthy and balanced life.
