My Own Recipe of Filipino Spicy Pork Soup

Have a blessed day everyone. Today I want to share the perfect dish that you can enjoy in a cold places like the mountainous place in Busay Cebu City. This is my first post in #foods in read.cash community.   I was very thankful to community for having this platform that can help every people to share their ability  specially in cooking foods for the family.

Today  I want to share the recipe of FILIPINO SPICY PORK SOUP

INGREDIENT

1/2 kg chop pork bones

1/4 kg pechay

small piece ginger

2 cubes garlic

1 piece onion

3 pcs siling labuyo (SILI LABUYO is the hottest chili that was originated from the Philippines

Salt

8 grams of magic sarap seasoning granules

Water

Oil

Cooking procedure

1. Put the Cooking Pot into the fire

2. Pour the oil into the cooking pot

3. Add Onions,  garlic,  ginger and  red pepper( sili labuyo) and stir fry.

4. Pour the chop pork bones and magic sarap seasoning granules into the mixture until the pork was slightly cooked.

5. Then add 1 liter of water in the cooking Pot. Let it boil for about 30 - 45 minutes until the pork will be smooth.

6. Add salt. Taste it. Let it boiled again.

7. Then add the pechay and boil for 1 minute.  Then transfer to a serving bowl and serve immediately  to your family and friends.

Filipino Spicy Pork Soup is a boiled spicy pork soup that is best partner to rice. You can serve this during breakfast, lunch and dinner.  It is a simple way to prepare soup in FILIPINO style. Aside from the ingredients listed above, you use other vegetables like cabbage and squash. This soup is perfect for rainy and cold season that keep  you warm.
