What if you have hot rice or polao jhal khasir meat curry? You can cook interesting khasir jhal-meat in this sacrifice.
Whatever it takes-
1. One kg of castrated meat, 2. Half a cup of tokadai, 3. Five tablespoons of chopped onion, 4. Two tablespoons of chili powder, 5. Two tablespoons of turmeric powder, 6. One tablespoon of ginger paste, 7. One tablespoon of garlic paste, 7. One teaspoon of coriander powder, 9. One teaspoon of cumin powder, 10. Potatoes cut into small 8-10, 11. One teaspoon of hot spice powder, 12. Pepper seven-eight, 13. The amount of oil, 14. Salt to taste.  Preparation-
First, in a bowl, mix together the mutton, tokadai, ginger paste, garlic paste and salt and leave for an hour to marinate.
Heat oil in a pan and add onion powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, hot spice powder and salt.
Now keep on marinating with the marinated meats.
When the oil rises, add water. Cover with a lid and cook over low heat.
Stir in the potatoes and green chillies and cover again with the lid.
When the meat is cooked, take it out of the oven and pour it in a bowl and serve hot.
