Due to the amount of money required in

purchasing the automobile the company has

also come up with a different customer care

approach that matches their customer's

needs. According to Roll Royce (2015), their

customer care is not located everywhere

around the globe but some specific regions

globally, for instance, they have customer care

regions in the Asia Pacific, America, Europe,

Great China, middle east and Africa. They are

customer care centers that are located in the

different areas globally so that they can

provide with services that customers can

understand their needs with support sales

campaign and a lead customer account

management. From their website, there is no

any customer care services compared to other

sites where you can have a live chat talking.

Additionally, it will build the brand of the

company. Your company will be seen to be

customer oriented and not price oriented

which is good or business. Finally, with good

customer care service and having filled the

above principles it will reduce problems that

are associated with the business. There is no

way a business will have perfect customers

but with the above principles will ensure

customers issues are handled in a more

conformable manner.

Having seen the positive side of having

customer care, there is also the negative side

of customer care services. When you have a

bad customer care service, this will hurt your

business. whenever you have customer care

services that are rude to the clients, it will

damage your reputation as a company. One of the skills that I have acquired in

modules taken in financial accounting is

teamwork skills. In the module U50004,

Introduction to Accounting, I had to do a group

presentation task, with working productively

as a team being one of the learning outcomes.

During the process of working together, I

demonstrated a high level of reliability by

completing my work in accordance with

instructions within the deadlines given. I also

learned that communicating with each other is

vitally important when Working as a team as it

helps to prevent conflicts. For example, when

we had difference in opinions, we expressed

each other's idea and came to a mutual

conclusion instead of ending up in a

disagreement. Through this task, I also

learned that working with others in a team

improves productivity and produces hig

quality work as it combines individuals

strenaths into a sinqle unit In the module.

This budget control tool is used by Good

Clothing Ltd as it indicates the sources of

income that the business receives, but also

what the business spends money on. Some

incomes could be revenues from core

businesses, sale of assets, loans, and sale of

stock. Examples of what the business could

spend money on would be costs of capital

expenses, payment of salaries, repaying debts,

and payment of shareholders. Some

managing assets can affect the financial

health ofa company through the ups and

downs of daily business. Examples of the

managing assets could be: property, buildings,

investments and major equipment. If a

business would need more property or

buildings as there might not be enough space

for departments, then this would cost the

business more money. Another manag

coul. The purpose of this analysis is to inform the

reader of Target Corporation's social and

economic business strategies,

responsibilities, failures, and successes.

Target is one of the largest retailers in the US,

serving guests from more than 1,700 stores in

49 states nationwide. Target's strategic

analysis will provide an insight into the

corporation and its working. It will evaluate in

terms of its effectiveness in each of these

areas, such as: the structure, goals,

boundaries, control, culture, and decision-

making processes. Based on the evaluation,

this paper will help to provide suggestions for

improvements within the different areas, if the

need arises.

One benefit that can be associated with

strategic decision making in uncertain and

turbulent environments is that it allows

organizations to be proactive a strategic plan

can ensure that a company can foresee the

future and what direction they want to take

especially if the organization is in an uncertain

environment, usinga strategic plan can help

stop negative situations before they happen

and can take precautions to avoid them. Using

a strong strategic plan can help organizations

be proactive as it is allowing the company to

keep up with the no stop changing trends in

the market and can keep ahead of the

competition. Another benefit is that it helps to

increase market share and profitability using a

strategic plan it allows organizations to get

valuable knowledge on market trends,

consumerism and product and service

can help benefit their success.

Conclusion

Different company has different ways of engaging their customers. Other don’t have platforms that their clients can quickly reach them due to the value of the products they are selling. A good example provided is Roll Royce. This is all the same with companies that sell aeroplanes, and they need to advertise and have customer care services in certain place and not all places. This will help as they will not waste time and resources to advertise products to people that don’t have enough capital to purchase their products. However, to companies that everyone can purchase products, they should have platforms that the common man can easily reach them. All the seven principles of customer care services are applicable in both scenarios and should be used accordingly.
