Can India Have a Influence on crypto?

Well as you might know India lifted the ban on crypto currency a few weeks ago. As you also know it is the second largest country in terms of population of around 1.3 billion peoples.

So now I see that India has a potential to somehow influence the crypto market even only 1% of it's population ever tried to go into the crypto market.
