From time to time you may want to make a GIF to include in your posts. It's a simple way to liven up your articles or comments and you can still post images as well.

Sometimes I choose between all gifs, all images or just post a single image that belongs to me. Be careful not to use anybody's private images because you could violate copyright laws.

Keep in mind that there is a law called Fair Use. This allows you to use parts of videos etc. for educational or parodies (and more). Use your browser and search the term if you are not sure of what Fair Use is in your country.

Now let's take a look at the how.

You can search for gifs that have already been created or create your own. For example, you could search in your favorite browser the term "crazy cat gifs." Then click images and you will see several. Simply click on the image, right click, name and save. Easy!

Now you are able to upload the gif from your computer or phone.

Let's look at how to create one.

There are several gif creator sites. I use one in particular for making mine. You search for one of your liking and try another if you're not satisfied.

Let's say you want to make a gif of a cat acting crazy. Search for one on You Tube or any other video platform. Open your gif creator and look for the copy link.

Copy the link of the video and past it into the creator. Click next or create (whatever the creator site asks for). Depending on how long your video is, the website will create a full video. But you don't want that! You want a gif.

So here is what you do.

Keep you gif to about 3-10 seconds. Move your timeline to a start and finish point. Preview it. If you're satisfied with what you have, name it and save it.

You are now ready to use it on your posts on cash.read.

Easy, right? Enjoy.
