Policies for us are guides to action, originated by executives in antipation of questions or situation that keep on recurring qhich could be met and resolved through the use of guidelines. When action has to be taken in such situation, the policy helps determine what shiuld be done.

A policy is generally the product of experience and observation and is usually based on a principle.

Even in our family policies are still on it, policies in school, policies in friendship there is always a policy. Always consider the Policies specially in the company. Policy in financial matter.

1. Policies and procedures, distinguished. The preparation of procedures defined as the established way of doing something in a business is a principal task of the systems function. Procedures are the subordinate to policy. Once established in the operation of a business covering long periods of time they become what is known standard operating procedures.

There is always policies and procedures specially when you work in the company or in the business world. What if there is no policies and procedures what happen to your company? It will ruin easily? Bankruptcy is the number one choice? Quitting easily? I don't know think so?

Policy has a tendency to posses considerable enertia. Once established, it continues to persist. Written policies tend to become relatively permanent, more so when they are published in the company manual. Undoubtedly amd logically, executives have always maintain strong reluctance to change a policy or discard any policy on that has worked well for a long period of time. Unfortunately, policies that have existed for a long time introduce the element of rigidity that is difficult to surmount.

Say for example you are practicing on how to drive there is always called policy and procedures in driving!

There is always a policy and procedures either you are in driving, in school, home, in company.

2. The Role of policies- the main role of policies is to give consistency to decissions while still allowing different decisions on different sets of facts to he made. Policies thus furnish the framework for plans. Consequently, there is a close relationship between policies and delegation of authority. Thus, the delegation indicates that the recipient of authority is endowed with discretion for making decisions and plans, the decision maker must be provided with guidelines.

Policies at the same time, enjoy the advantage of assisting pre- decided issues without needless repetitive laborious research.

Sometimes in our life we dont like policy we want free but we need to have a policy for us to follow! Without a Policies as our guide.

3. Policy-decisions. As a general rule policy decisions is very important.wether in financial there is always a policy and rule on how to handle it carefully.

There is always policy and procedures in the company, in school,in home,in corporation,in the business world!

Sometimes policies and procedures it makes you have a good direction for you to become a better.
