Offline learning through modules is not easy job as a teacher, you need to be creative and smart to do the task given. And is not easy to the learners to answer without any further explanations. But of course we are trying our best as a teacher to give the full trust for our students and parents in this challenging time.
Here in Asia the internet connection not as fast like other country. The challenge is not easy way. But of course we need to do task long as the learners be able to capture there vision and mission in there lives. As a teacher in this challenging time we need to be strong for our family and children we hold.
Teachers in the normal time of teaching we are creative in making lessons plan and projectors display for us to capture the attention of the learners, we try our very best to the creative arts, drawing, crafts, workshops, playing games with the learners, so much enjoy with lots of friends around them, giving and exchanging answers to there classmates, cheating sometimes with there classmates thats how the classroom setting, some boys and girls fighting each other, talking each other very noisy. And the teacher giving instructions again and again to his/ her class. Say for example the teacher giving clear instructions okay tommorow we will have a long quiz? Student will say what maam/ sir long quiz? They will laugh and then they dont study and for the next day of exam they are planning to absent. They laugh and laugh and the teacher is very stressed those moments in the normal way of teaching and discussing. Some learners are attentive some are not, some are noisy and some are quite, some are busy in there own projects and some are relax. That's in the normal days of being in the school with the learners. But very satisfying and encouraging when the teacher really giving there best to the learners what we taught everyday. Passing the vision to the the next generations. There are enjoying so much to the normal ways of studying.
In this modular ways of schooling or studying is very challenging and uts very hard at first. The learners recieve the modules with no explanation from the there teachers, they are going to answer the given questions the pre test and the post test and some activity. There was a student who really cried because she dont understand what's in the module! Speacially parents dont know how explain the right thing to answer and even online class they don't have it because the connection is very poor. That's how challenge they are now in facing this challenging end times. Learners dont know how to answer, some of them they don't know how to read. Specially in lower levels most them dont know how to read. They just cry and cry, parents also are crying with their children because of the Modules Challenge now a days!

Financially all down
We are all shock by this challenge.. but of course they are all trying there very best to solve and pursuing even in this challenging time.
Some of the learners living in the remote area, some teachers assign in the remote area, the teachers carrying printed modules for the releasing of it. They will provide and giving the materials of it.They don't know how to cope up all this challenges but there is always alternative and solutions of all challenges. Every creepy and challeging time take a breath pause for a moment rest for a moment then go again go and go. Until all we all settle by this challeging time. Parents, Teachers, Children out there dont worry keep it up.. move on and move on, keep moving, keep moving!
The important thing is we will never surrender reaching our goals everyday. Modules is just part of your attitude check on how you patiently answering on it. Everything will be okay. Its very hard but there is always a solution on every hard times. Everything will come to pass.
Every time you are down, dont lose hope! Don't lose hope.Be positive always!
