The moment you ask forgiveness is a quiet learning. Many people thet dont choose the frustations, many people they don't choose sadness. All we want is to be happy all the time. To enjoy all the time, to have fun all the time. And all is good!

Frustration is best enemy of humankind. We don't accept it because all we need is success and joy.
Sadness is not acceptable in our heart. All we want is happiness. All we want is fine.
Frustration sometimes teaching us to be calm. Frustration sometimes teaching us to be still.
Once you feel frustations, you learn something. You learn from your mistakes. You learn from your faults, you learn to be humble.
Once your heart becomes sad, you feel to become relax and not to hurry of many things.
Living in a simple life, it quiet be good. No harm, no worries, no problem. But there are times in your life. You suffer the so called frustrations and sadness! Everything has a right time other will say. A time to keep and scatter, a time to weep and a time to laugh. Why is that? When you journey the process of life, it is not easy. In this time of pandemic and crisis it is whole wide frustrations. Health crisis, financial crisis.
When we say health crisis. Other will say health is wealth. Yes that is true! I agree to this. But how how about this time health crisis. All humanity suffer! As we encountered this time of crisis. We may think it is very frustrating part of our lives. Health restrictions, protocols, social distancing, must be follow!
Health care workers are very careful to manage themselves, because they are frontliners. They are the one who cared the patient. How about the person the y cared died? Frustration may come? How about the mother? When they cared they're children and suffer the diseases and died, mothers frustrated too. How about nurse? Who cared the people s health? When people died? They frustrate again? How about the doctor? When they have operations and the person died, frustration may come. Frustration sometimes may loss control.
Frustration sometimes is teaching us to pause for a moment silence and then cry. Why? Why and why asking why?
Frustration sometimes teach us to be humble, frustration sometimes teach us to call upon the name of the Lord. Frustration sometimes teach us call the one who cared for us. And so you like frustrations? Frustration over success? When you are successful in life you might think proud of yourself. When you are successful you might think 🤔 true. Yes thats life is. How about ministers? Frustrations may come when they're flocks don't believe in. When there are time his flocks go astray, frustrations may come. Yes course! Frustration is learning to be strong and humble. How about teachers? Frustration may come when they're students failed from there exams. It is frustrating part of being a teacher. How about business man? When they have no sales and no buy and sell. No money, no more!no more sales? Frustration may come. No more buyers? Every one may choose the most essentials to buy.

Frustrations may comes in life. Not just once but many time, over and over again. One you loose your temper it is so frustrating.you didn't know what to do.
Frustration sometimes leads us to cry. The moment you cry, the moment you heal. The moment you hurt, the moment you heal. The process is not easy.
Sad heart makes us understand that life has a long process.
My friend join a party it is called, hearts day. They enjoy so much, they play a game. As in they are very happy that time. After that they go to beach for more fun. One day they never know that they is the last day of his life. He died because he drown. After all they are sad, sad after the enjoy parties they do. Life is very fragile and we don't know the tomorrow.
Just be prepare and be ready for life is waiting after all.
