Why some people its easy to talk with many things without thinking? They can talk as many as they want, not realizing they can hurt someone's heart!
This girl is experiencing this for how many times,his boss promise het to be promoted and giving task for everyday but then later on this girl perform the task given by his boss because he thought this will be her first step. She expects her salary will increase, she expects that the task given she perform well but along the journey of her job the boss call her with the message you remain like what before. You position is the same like what before and your salary is the same.
It keeps this girl so disappointed ☹️☹️☹️ but why? It means this girl is not performing the right in accordance to their given task? But everytime they their calls and instructions this girl perform well. But why in just an instance situation your boss call on you your salary and your position is the same as that. Very disappointing! It makes her heart aches amd questions why?
Next time think before you speak to the person you assign nher the task . This girl never expect that for to be promoted or what? Or even salary to become high! Just simply know that we have a conciousness to be hurt.

It might the trust will not come back
It breaks the honesty
It will turn to falseness
Why? That is why be careful not to talk at too quick! It will be carry the burden of the heart. Next time dont promise anything for someone that you dont know how to stand what you are talking with!
To all boss out there! Be careful of your mouth! There is always above from you! The God will judge you what you are talking and your actions too.
Be true to your words, be honest, be considerate, be truthful, be calm, be friendly, communicate well to your colleagues or the people down the position. They are humans have the same feelings and emotions! Don't be hurt we are humans made by our creator with dignity and morality. Be kind to everyone
