I see many people I think deserve to get them left completely barren, never getting them at all, and others whom used to receive them from Noise get them taken away. I can see no rhyme nor reason behind it. Every hypothesis I have seen advanced does not hold true for all cases. Except that (allegedly) they are 'randomly distributed'. Extremely randomly? Maybe there are just things simple mortals such as I are forbidden to ever know the True Secrets of.

I don't have a clue how the FT is uneven some can and some can't
To be honest I couldn't care less how the algorithm works, how random it is or what percentages others give! I give as much as the next guy, if I have none I tip out of my own pocket.
