Something I had never realized and just found out is that of the 30 songs on this album, none were actually issued as singles in the USA and UK, although "Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da" b/w "While My Guitar Gently Weeps" was issued in some markets. 24 million copies of the album were sold in the USA alone. If I had a single penny for each one...I'd have too many pennies. This is a recent re-issue that comes packaged with 'The Escher Demos' as well. I gave them one spin and that is likely all they'll get. Interesting demos historically as they show the roots of the finished album, but nothing fantastic.
