Happy Teacher's Day **Today our country, India, celebrates Teachers Day. Teachers Day is celebrated in India to commemorate the Birthday of S.Radhakrishnan**
A respectable teacher, scholar and the second President of India, who was much dedicated to his profession. He was very dear to his students. He excelled in winning the hearts of many students. He took to politics very lately and was elected as the second President of India. As the students were close to him they decided to celebrate September 5th which is his birthday. But he refused saying let the day be celebrated as Teacher's Day throughout the country, to mark this day as a respect for Teachers all over India. Now if we talk about teachers **without them we are nowhere.** They are the one who ignite us and lay a spark within us to chase our dreams. School being our second home, their constant hardwork and toil to bring a better citizen in us never became futile. Everyone of us for sure, will have a favorite teacher within us. May be teachers are not aware of this. But we try to imbibe them the most. There are teachers whom we adore may be for their dressing sense or may be their behavior. One such teacher was our History miss. Both boys and girls where after her. She was one of the strict teacher who never used to smile but her dressing sense was something to be admired. Though she was strict she was always in support of us when we were in trouble. That was her, a person with principles of her own. The pain taken by each teacher to make us a better citizen ia not a child's play. Even if we have hatred towards any teacher, for them we are one. As students we spent more time in school with teachers rather than parents and vice-versa. When we shine in our life, it is they who feel at the top of the world. Because this is how we make them proud. The true essence of the hardwork of teacher can be understood only when we step into their shoes. Iam proud to be one among them. Because my service as a teacher to the students was a learning experience. **Each day was a new experience. Imparting our knowledge to students is a privilege with pride, at the same time learning new things from students was enhancing our knowledge unknowingly.** Happy Teachers Day to all those beautiful Teachers, on behalf of our country. Happy Teacher's day to all the teachers out there. They have invested their time and energy to shape the lives of others and they deserve the attention, recognition and even love.
Very much true and thank you
Anytime. ☺️
To make a day not for himself but for the teachers speaks a lot about that person. It is a selfless act.
Yes, just the sincere dedication without expecting anything in return.
Happy Teachers Day indeed. Teaching is a selfless vocation and my salute goes to every teacher around the globe :)
