Technical knowladge is most essential for us.

Dear friends we generally complete 16 years study in accademic education. After that we search a job. But job giver want experiance. That time we have no experiance for the job just have some certificate and basic computer course. So some times we can not qualify for the post.

I think we have to know some training and technical knowladge.

Now a days we have no alternative about technical knowladge or technical education.
