Live Entertainment at Luxor Hotel and Casino

Luxor Hotel and Casino, also known as Luxor, is a 30-story hotel and casino located on the southern end of the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada. On May 16, 2007, MGM Mirage announced that it would merge with Mandalay Resort Group. Under its terms, Mandalay shareholders would own 72% of the new entity. MGM Mirage shareholders would own 28%, with 4% held by Prudential Financial. The merger was completed ten months later in a deal valued at $7.9 billion USD.
