Yoon Se-Ri (Son Ye-Jin) is an heiress to a conglomerate in South Korea. One day, while paragliding, an accident caused by strong winds leads Yoon Se-Ri to make an emergency landing in North Korea. There, she meets Ri Jeong-Hyeok (Hyun-Bin), who is a North Korean army officer. He tries to protect her and hide her. Soon, Ri Jeong-Hyeok falls in love with Yoon Se-Ri.

Actor Kim Soo-Hyun makes a cameo appearance in ep.10. He reprises his character of Dong-Gu from 2013 movie "Secretly Greatly," in which he is a North Korean spy hiding out in South Korea as a dim-witted Chinese Restaurant delivery man.
i had high hopes for this drama considering it has received so much hype. sadly however, it just wasn't my cup of tea. it may be i was simply expecting something different from it but i found it to be boring. if you are looking for a drama focused only on romance then this is for you but otherwise i would give it a pass. the plot is simply daft, how are these things possible??? i swear the writer made things happen only because they wanted it to and there was no logic involved. even the side stories were boring there was no suspense even with the north korean soldiers. i don't know how it got such high ratings when i thought even the romance was lacklustre, found myself skipping through so much dialogue. the only thing i enjoyed about the drama was the 4 soldiers who stole my heart <3 i loved all their interactions with each other and they made me laugh. they are the only thing i can find worth watching this drama for.
for me this is one of the best drama that I've watched, I like all of them perfect pair for the both actress and actor, they did thier best and for me this drama deserve a higher ratings. This movie show the difference between north and south but if the love come first they will have a understating and peace, best drama ever
Just got to the part where Jeong Hyeok is play an online reality game with one of his unit and the music from Memories of the Alhambra starts play, nice reference!
love this drama. Yeah, it has super unrealistic situations, but that's what Asian dramas is all about right? The impossible desires of unrealistic situations that makes dramas addictive to watch. Just like Goblin lmao. Anyways, y'all should watch it. One of the best 2020 dramas.
