How many names of Allah are mentioned in the Quran?

Allah uses different titles for HIMSELF in Quran, describing His qualities to the believers. These Asma Ul-Husna help us to understand Allah in a far better way. These ninety-nine names of Allah are the most common agreed titles by Islamic scholars that are stated in Quran and Hadith also.

And (all) the most beautiful names belong to Allah, so call on Him by them, and leave the company of those who belie or deny (or utter impious speech against) His Names. They will be requited for what they used to do. (Surat Al-A’raf 7:180)
