Today's Topic
is going to be stared.

Lars Kohlberg's exploration and research was to discover how a child's Ethical reasoning varies with their age. And arithmetic explanations should be made on it.

Ask questions, such as:

"Amir’s wife will expire if she doesn't get medication. The medicinal store is locked this afternoon. Should Amir break the lock of the medical tore and steal the medicine? ”

"Aleena's younger sister is showing dishonesty to her mother. Should Aleena be inaudible? ”

The significant thing was not the answers to the questions but how the youngsters explained their answers.

On this Kohlberg made a chart of the growth in the social world of kids which had six stages.

Young children would express by viewing at the artificial feature. (If a mature is penalized for doing this, then the work is erroneous). There are two phases of "initial".

Afterward the first two phases, when the kids are pupils of the learning institution, they give significance to the words of instructions and communal behaviors. This is the phase of legalism. If you have been hostile with brothers since infantile, you will remember a lot. (I'm not beating you, your own hand is beating you). At this level, power is appreciated. Even to the extent of words, not as their soul. There are two traditional stages.

And then in teens comes the aptitude to think theoretically. And that's when the larger queries arise.

  • Here children start asking.

  • What righteousness is?

  • What is authority?

  • What is honesty?

  • What is morality?

  • What is goodness?

What is the motive for the instructions and principles? Even then, the rubrics and guidelines are respected, but the aim for breaking them can be found.

Is this law correct? Here children have become "ethical philosophers". They are looking for a comprehensible ethical structure for themselves. And at these stages of their growth they make theatrical advances in ethical progress. For many, this is the age of insurgence in contradiction of custom.

Kohlberg's philosophies are vital for understanding the expansion of ethical intellectual. The results of Piaget and Kohlberg's experimentations shed light on significant features.

It was prudently investigated and its context was in tune with the social changes of the time.

"If you have a hammer, everything looks like a nail," said Mark Twain. They also became such a hammer.

Piaget and Kohlberg understood that parents or authoritative system were a hindrance to ethical advance.

  • Allow children play and absorb from the physical world.

  • Don't address them.

  • Don't give moral instructions.

  • And don't teach things like tractability at all.

Doing so will obstruct their growth and development.

Tradition, authority, and hierarchy became words of ridicule.

This school of thought triumphed in moral psychology till the end of the twentieth century.
