Back pain is a clog against success

Hi, how was your day? My day was not very good but fine. I uploaded an article today, that I was writing since three days. The reason behind late uploading my contents is a busy routine and my health issues.

Actually, I am experiencing intense back pain today. It isn't just started from recent days, but it is an old issue. Years ago when I was in last days of my university, I used to play Play PUBG(player unknown battleground game). This game mostly played on cellphone but we can play it on our laptop using an amulator. I did same. I used amulator and played game. I spent 3 to hours consecutively on game while sitting on my bed. I think this position (while sitting in bed, with bent waist) was deadly for me. Playing this after a long period of time I felt back pain in my back. I thought, It is just because of tiredness. I left playing game for few days and I was happy that I was feeling no pain after the rest of few days.

Then my exams get started. I am a kind of student who never studied but one night before exam. The exams remained fir one week. And in this one weak there was not even a single holiday. I had to study full time. Sitting for too long started back pain again in me. I used to realize that the problem is being started. I may have a serious issue, I told this to my mother, she said to me that we should go to a doctor for your checkup. I am also very much conscious about my health.

We went to doctor a doctor near by us. He checked my back with an Ex Ray. As a result he said you have an inflammation on your lower back bone. Then doctor gave me some medication and suggested me rest and he said " be away from a long drive, don't sit for too long and take these medicines for 7 days regularly".

I did exactly what he said. Then it started getting well. But since then, i can't sit for too long, I feel pain if I do so. Reading books, playing games and sitting before computer more than an hour resulted problematic for me. As you all are aware that the comfortable writing device is a computer and I am used to writing on laptop keyboard, writing articles on computer keyboard is easy for me. But just because of my illness i am unable to do so. And unwillingly i have to write articles on my cellphone keyboard.

Moreover my degree is in computer science. And most of my work is related to computer and my illness is a hindrance to do work on computer. I can't sit more than one hour before computer.

For computer related jobs, typing speed must be more than 40 WPM. I tried several times to do practice of typing but failed when I feel back pain. ❤️

May God protect everyone from this kind of aching disease. It really is a hindrance in the way of my success please pray for my Good health.

I think you should ask your doctor for some light exercise that may help your back feel better as it is already affecting to your daily activities. Sometimes exercises can also help.
