Over thinking
Sometimes being numb is good. Sometimes we know that our presence makes sense but our thoughts don't. Sometimes the thought of being surrounded by supportive people really push us to do better things in order to align our life.
Our real life issues make us feel exhausted sometimes. Let it go. Release your tension and thoughts with keeping yourself busy in the things you love the most. Most of the times., some positive distractions are good , they make us realize how life will transform to something new , something exciting that make us feel good about our existence .
Take a step back from your busy routine. Overthinking really drain your energies. Positive energies are converted into the overthinking process and eventually we become addicted to it. Such thoughts keep us Up late at night, and even make us feel distracted from our reality.
The main problem with overthinking is we don't know how much time we invest into this process without knowing the outcome which is nothing but a big void enacted deep in our heart. Hold on for a second.
Give yourself a second. Take a deep breath. If you are reading this. Repeat it. Take deep breath and release all the negative burdening thoughts. I promise it hurts so much to see someone being trapped in their own thoughts and traumas.
They don't even talk about it. Sometimes they really give up on life and we are filled with a void .. a guilty that is followed by this thought that Wish we could have helped them.
