Bull Market Preparations Continue
Arriving at the doorstep of a bull market empty-handed is how the majority of investors will arrive. Those of us who are Crypto enthusiasts, come bull or bear market understand the importance of preparation. The majority, on the other hand, will like every other bull market, arrive solely due to the hype. This is a sad reality and ultimately works to expose these individuals as opportunists.
Once again, this is the negative majority effect at work. This dynamic is largely fueled by laziness, complacency, and moving with the crowd. No matter which financial market you are trading, traveling alone is an integral aspect of success. For example, when the uneducated and ignorant are laughing at Crypto, the smart investor gets to work. Successful investors are ahead of the market.
They envision the future and begin building with this future reality in mind. This is the only way investors can pick up altcoins at prices that later can turn latecomers green with envy. At the end of the day, you have to take responsibility for your investment decisions, and that involves developing and initiating numerous bull market strategies in the heart of a bear market.
As I have previously mentioned, wealth is created in bear markets, not bull markets. Wealth is only realized in bull markets. If nothing took place during the bear market, don’t expect much to happen in the bull market. There’s a time to sow and a time to harvest, and you cannot harvest without sowing. Another straightforward principle that manages to evade those under the influence of the negative majority effect.
In terms of my preparations, I have shared several approaches I have chosen to apply for the bull market of 2024 and 2025. One of these strategic approaches is my trading strategy which ultimately works to increase coin holdings. This can be an extremely lucrative strategy during a bull market. Focusing on coin allocation, as opposed to dollar valuation is a lot more profitable, especially over the longer term.
Multiplying Coin Holdings
Considering that this particular strategy has proven to produce consistent results over a multi-month period, I have decided to take several other holdings and begin trading them up. If I can considerably grow these holdings over the next two years, It will enhance my profitability quite considerably. I will not utilize entire holdings but rather delegate partial holdings for trading purposes.
You know the story… not your keys, not your Crypto. I am currently trading on lower time frames, but will most likely trade these holdings on higher time frames, otherwise, I might find myself a little overextended. I am also building leveraged long positions into 2025. Leverage involves a lot more risk, and can become a little stressful under certain conditions. However, my risk management is rather strict, which offsets a lot of the risks involved.
The beauty of this strategy is the aspect of compounding. The more coins you can trade (profits) with, the more coins you can generate. This compounds over time, and when you look at two years, the numbers begin to multiply exponentially. All that is required is consistency, and the rest takes care of itself. In some ways, it’s similar to staking. However, the returns are significantly better.
Final Thoughts
The trick is to comprise a diversified strategic approach. This is primarily in terms of passive and active models. Too many active models can have you running wild once things heat up. Primarily, this is great. However, one has to sleep, even if it’s minimal, and so one has to establish a manageable approach. Stay focused and keep building. See you next time!
