Many sisters ask, prayers are accepted between Azan andণIqamah, but what is this "Iqamah" ??
Or how do we know when the iqamah is taking place? "
.
The congregational prayers begin 15-20 minutes after the call to prayer in the mosque.
Just before the start of the prayer in the congregation, the call to prayer is repeated in the mosque with the words of the call to prayer, so that everyone comes and joins the congregation.
This is called Iqamat.
It is not said so loudly and loudly (mike) like Azan, but is said a little faster.
As soon as the Iqamah is over, the prayer begins with the congregation.
.
How long after the call to prayer begins?
.
1. Usually 30 minutes after the Fajr Azan, the congregation starts with Iqamah.
For example, at present Fajr Azan is held at 4:40 am and Jamaat starts at 5.10 am through Iqamah.
.
2. In most of the mosques of Zohar, Azan is called at 1:15 and Jamaat starts with Iqamat at 1:30.
In many places, the congregation started at one and a quarter o'clock.
.
3. The congregation begins 15 minutes after the call to prayer.
.
4. The congregation started immediately after the Maghrib Azan.
Usually the congregation starts after 2 to 5 minutes.
.
5. Jamaat starts 15-20 minutes after Isha Azan.
.
Generally, you can make dua within 15 minutes from the call to prayer without any hesitation. Because Iqamah does not start anywhere before 15 minutes (except Maghrib).
Pray more and more at this time.
Because, the prayer between Azan and Iqamah is not returned.
(Mishkat Sharif, Hadith No. 61)
Praise Allah at the beginning of the prayer. It could be the first verse of Surah Fatiha or the first line of Ayatollah Kursi (or the whole).
.
Then recite Durood Ibrahim (which I read at the last sitting of the prayer).
Then do dua like yourself.
.
Keep reciting "Ya Haiyu Ya Qaiyumu" one after the other in between the du'aa's.
You will also recite Dua Yunus (La ilaha illa Anta ... Joalimin).
.
End the Dua as before - Praise be to Allah, then Durood then end the Dua by saying "Amin" or "Ya Jal Jalali Wal Ikram".
Or with an adjective of Allah.
Note: Do ablution and make dua. Pray with firm faith in your heart. That's the decent thing to do, and it should end there.
Great Lord, accept the good prayers of all. Amen.
