Fuchka and Chatpati are one of the street foods. Many people also call this food Pani Puri because Puri also contains sour water. But how beneficial these outside foods are for our health is also a matter of concern. If you want, you can easily make this phuchka at home. We all know that Fuchs has three parts. One is puri or pampar, one is bharta and the other is tamarind pickle.

For making puri or papad
Flour-2 cups
Suji - half a cup
Mustard powder - 1 teaspoon
Talmakhana or baking soda - 1 teaspoon
Salt-little
Oil-little
Like the amount of water
Ingredients for filling or filling-
Kabli dal
Ginger paste - half a teaspoon
Cumin paste - half a teaspoon
Salt- to taste
Raw chilli powder- as desired
Chaat masala- like quantity
Onion crumbs - 1 tsp
Ingredients for making tamarind pickle
Tamarind pieces 8-10 pieces
Half a teaspoon of fried coriander and cumin powder
Half a teaspoon of dried fried chilli powder
Salt- to taste
Sugar- to taste.
Fuchka preparation recipe or Fuchka making recipe:
For puri or panpar, first add measured flour, semolina, mustard powder, salt, oil and palm oil or baking soda in a bowl.
Then mix very well with a spoon. You can mix it by hand if you want and that is better.
After mixing well, make hard yeast with water.
Then cover the dough with a damp cloth for half an hour. Then cut the sand into small pieces like bread crumbs.
Heat the oil on the other side. Deep fry the cut puris in oil.
Preparation method for making pur or bharta: -
Kabli dal should be soaked for 4-5 hours to make Phuchkar Pur or Bharta. Then boil the stalks with a little cumin paste, ginger paste, turmeric salt and a little oil.
Then mix the cooked dal with chaat masala, green chilli powder and onion powder.
How to make tamarind pickle:
To make tamarind pickle, first soak the tamarind pieces in water for 5-10 minutes. Then separate it from the tamarind seeds and mix it with fried coriander and cumin powder, dried crushed chilli powder, salt and sugar.
