Not only in winter, but also in summer, many hands and feet sweat. This uncomfortable condition can be controlled in a natural way.

Baking soda, potatoes, rose water or cold water can be natural ways to overcome this condition, according to a report on a beauty website.

Baking soda: Contains alkaline ingredients. It plays an effective role in relieving the problem of hand and foot sweating.

Mix two tablespoons of baking soda in hot water and soak your hands and feet in it for 20 to 30 minutes. Keep rubbing your hands and feet with soda in water. Then remove the hands and feet.

Rose water: You can buy natural rose water from any shop or boil rose petals and make rose water yourself.

With the help of cotton, apply rose water on the palms of hands and feet. It has a cooling effect on the skin.

Cold water: Dip your hands and feet in cold water for 15 to 20 minutes every day. Works very well for this problem.

Corn powder or talcum powder: Both keep the skin dry. Use talcum powder on hands and feet. Try to use powder without perfume. Because it is better and more natural. Moreover the odorless powder is safe for frequent use.

Lemon: There are three ways to get rid of hand-foot sweat problem.

You can also immerse your hands and feet in three to four tea bags for 30 minutes in hot water.

Apple Cider Vinegar: Apply this vinegar on hands and feet and wait until it dries. Then rinse with water. It strengthens the pores of the skin and reduces sweating.

Sandalwood powder: In ancient times, people used a mixture of sandalwood to keep their foreheads cool. Sandalwood powder is known to reduce sweating. So it is quite effective in reducing hand-foot sweat.

Mix sandalwood with lemon juice or rose water and apply on the sweat. When dry, wash.

Tomato juice: Drink daily or keep hands and feet wet. Tomato juice contains sodium, which keeps the palms of the hands and feet dry.

Also keep in mind-

* Avoid spicy and sugary foods.

* Avoid caffeine rich drinks.
