If a person controls his anger in spite of his ability to express it in a state of anger and rage, Allah will fill his heart with contentment on the Day of Resurrection. '' Hasan the hadith]

Mu'adh ibn Jabal (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "Two men quarreled before the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)." When one of them became furious, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, That is, "A'uzubillahi minash shaytbani rajim." [Abu Dawood: 461, Sahih Bukhari: 556]

In the Holy Qur'an, Allah says, "If you are provoked by Satan, then recite 'A'uzubillahi Minash Shaytaanir Razim.'" [Surah Ha-Mim Sajdah, verse: 36]
