Heyyy... My reader family.... Hope you'll will be fine. In morning i was cofused about that what should be the topic of my article today. But as we believe that everything that happens is fated. So this comes true, and when i came to university and round about 9:30am, our Horticulture's professor gave us a task.

Today's Task

As we studied about the Advances in Horticulture So in this subject we studied about different methods and techniques used in horticulture and its application. Our professor gave us a task that graft a plant of your own desire and present it to me within 2 hours. So 2 hours is a bit short time so firstly we decided to make groups. As our professor directed us to present one representative plant of whole group and individually after a week.

Visit to first nursery

Firstly, we decided to visit our near nursury to bring a plant and graft it. After walking for about 8- 10 minutes, we reached at nursury and visit it.

We found different kinds of plants there. Mostly they are wild plants grown in nursury such as pinus, Buhenia, Accacia spp., etc. We also found some shade loving plants.

After a visit of 10-15 minutes, we finally found only one plant of lemon and we asked one of an employee there that we want to buy this plant.

But he said no we are not allowed to sold these plants, As our officer is not here so we can't help you.

Visit to another Nursury

Then we decided to visit another nursery which was about 5 km away from that nursury. Then we booked a Chingchii and reached there early, and this nursery was larger than first one and contain different kind of plants including wild, cultivared, onamental, xerophytic etc.

There we decider to graft two plants and choose Cleft and toungue method for grafting. We take. Citrus × sinensis and Citrus limone to graft.

We did grafting there and then came back to university within given time.

Only thing i enjoyed during visit:

During visit, i enjoyed visiting nursery and observing different varities and species of plants. But the most interesting think that i enjoyed is to have a ride of Rikshwa(Chingchii).

I did its ride for the first time and it was an open and amazing ride. I like it very much and will did its ride again whenever I get opportunity.
