When he is young and his hands and feet are working well, he does not even think that the time will come when his back will begin to bend, energy will be released and bones will start cracking. Weak and rotten bones in old age. They can also be life-threatening, but in a variety of ways, we can maintain the strength of our bones and prevent osteoporosis.

In decaying bones, bones become weak and break easily. When the disease begins, its symptoms do not appear. It is often the case that when a bone is broken, the disease progresses. Fractures occur in the hip and spine.

Let's take a look at what can be done to strengthen the bones and prevent rottenness.

Eat fish and drink milk. Both of these things contain calcium which strengthens the bones. Use fat or skim milk. Choose fatty fish in fish as the calcium found in it is better absorbed by the body. Calcium Green leafy vegetables are also a good source of fat. If the diet does not provide the required amount of calcium, supplement it with pills or other products, but be careful not to exceed 2,000 mg throughout the day.

It should also be noted that magnesium is also useful and essential for bones. In addition, vitamin D and zinc are also important. Vitamin D is also obtained from the sun. Other sources of it are oily fish and margarine. Include them in your diet properly. Exercise is also important to strengthen the bones. Tennis, squash, basketball and fast running strengthen the bones.

Lifting weights puts a strain on the bones which has a good effect. Exercise three and a half times a week for half an hour. Quit smoking. In women, smoking can often lead to premature ejaculation, which increases the risk of osteoporosis. Cut down on salt and caffeine. The amount of calcium our body absorbs has a negative effect on it.

Heredity can also have an inherited effect on the bones. Therefore, women whose bones are smaller and less dense have a higher risk of developing the disease in Yajan's family. Sometimes some medications also affect bone health. For example, people who use large amounts of corticosteroids to treat asthma, allergies or joint pain have an increased risk of rotting.

However, by maintaining moderation in life, we can avoid this disease. Treatment: We usually use medicated calcium for rotten bones and physical weakness. It is of no use as most of it is excreted in the urine and most of it goes to the kidneys and causes stones.
