Mostly people think that being hungry will make them smart and slim . But this is wrong being hugry will not make you slim instead suffer from stomach decease. Not eating can make you feel nauseous. This may be caused by a buildup of stomach acid or stomach contractions caused by hunger pangs.
Eat breakfast and lunch well just eat less at night before going to bed . Even if you overeat , digest first and then go to bed Eating a full meal late at night right before going to bed can be harmful, as it can cause heartburn and weight gain . Eat well , just eat good and healthy.
