If you are worried about your weight . Exercise is not helping for your losing weight . So you must take care of your diet. Be careful what you eat . 

What you should eat , and what you don't eat. Stay away from fast food . And finish the sweets .          regularly indulging in foods high in added sugars may cause you to gain excess body fat quicker and more drastically.
