Ingredients
Chicken Karahi cut half kg
25 gm yogurt
onion 1 small
1 tbsp cumin séds
1 tbsp corrainder seed
3-4 green chillies
1 tbsp white pepper
lemin juice
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
2-4 tbsp cream
oil half cup
Steps:
In a karahi take oil and fry chicken until it change color now add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and 1 juline cut onion and green chillies and fry.
Grind cumin and corrainder seeds and add in karahi cook for 2 to 3 min then add salt and blended yogurt.
Cover with lid and cook until chicken cook properly. Now add white pepper and mix add lemon juice and before serving add cream.
i tried this receipe today gave it to my dad as a father's day special and he suggested me to start a hotel ..lol ..sweet words from dad after a very loooong tym .
