I recommend this manwha if you like Medieval Era you might consider this kind of manhwa the story consist only swords and saving lives.

The main character is a doctor in modern era that died due to his unlucky situation. He is given a option to choose whether go to heaven or reincarnate but the main character choses to reincarnate because to his passion as a doctor to save more lives. He is not a greedy person unlike some doctors in the real life.

As for now the manhwa has 32 chapters that is ongoing and the story gets interesting every chapter.
