Many at times when we talk about Nature, we forget to mention the Sun, which is a very integral part of Nature. The sun is a divine creation given to Mankind/humanity to lighten their part and Sun is the main essence of the day that separates it from the Night.

The sun also helps our plant to process their food, in the process called photosynthesis, the Sun helps the plant or flower with the chorophyll to make sure their food is provided.

The sun helps us to dry our clothes when we washed them, it drains or sucks the water out of the cloth to make available for wearing.

The Sun also is a good source of Vitamin D which helps regulate the amount of calcium and phosphate in the body. These nutrients are needed to keep bones, teeth and muscles healthy.

We should appreciate God for giving us one of nature best which is the Sun.

Nothing is more important to us on Earth than the Sun. Without the Sun's heat and light, the Earth would be a lifeless ball of ice-coated rock.
