It's no news that Chelsea was banned as regards transfer of players, they could only sell but cannot buy.
This gave room to young players to spring up and showcase themselves and some created a niche for themselves like Mason Mount.
With Pulisic blustering the attack and the imminent sale of Willian to Arsenal, Chelsea had to reinforce by signing Hakim Ziyech and Timo Werner.
They are also on the way to Sign Kai Havertz and Regullion which will be a massive turnaround for the team.
Let's hope for the best.
Chelsea is really really trying to buy players and also trying to upgrade their squad... Wish them the best.. But my Arsenal will still beat them always
