The heart flows out our emotions and emotions are also housed in the mind. We create boundary in our heart without knowing which later comes back to haunt us. These boundaries are borders which limit us overcoming issues of life.
When we neglect these it can lead to depression and also suicidal thoughts. There is a popular saying “You are what you say” and it’s true. It did not just start overnight. You expose your mind to constant thoughts of what you received. Keep bad people who bring bad energy/thoughts out.
What is the boundary of the heart? This is the limitation we place on certain things based on knowledge, religion, situation and circumstances. We program ourselves with teaching we learnt growing up and don’t want anything to tamper with those teaching. You learnt this enemy to your success from somewhere. You will have to undo what you learnt by relearning.
For example you start out uptrennd and tell your friends about an amazing platform that pays. some might believe but some will tell you see don’t waste your time there you can’t do anything meaningful. Immediately you listen to the negative ones, energy is formed which begins to saturate and pollute your head. The moment it gets to the heart which is your mind you unconsciously create a barrier/boundary without knowing. You come to uptrennd and things don’t work out as you planned that barriers/boundary begin to play. This is what limits people from success without knowing.
This is how disappointment, setback, procrastination is formed. We continue to acknowledge that it can’t be done. Everything we see beautiful and enjoy today was because the people who created those things pushed beyond the boundaries of the heart to determine the possibilities you enjoying today.
