Why one punch man 3rd season hasn't arrived yet?

People are carrying different thoughts about why the next season is not coming.

Actually I could come of thinking that cause of the manga hasn’t properly written yet and next available chapters are not sufficient for a next season so mainly for the lacking of contents season 03 of one punch man has not arrived yet.
