The company, "Ocean Builders" that stands behind this ship, a company specializing in building floating houses (seapod), aims to create a new place to allow the possibility of living in the ocean.
The Satoshi will be a technology incubator hub for entrepreneurs, expats and digital nomads (NOMAD).
In addition, crypto companies will be able to test their innovations and technologies in a controlled environment.
Chad Elwartowski, Operations Director at Ocean Builders, who is a major investor in the project, said:
We are looking to establish a technology and innovation hub here in Panama.
Our goal is to learn how to live sustainably on the sea and chart a new way of life in these new frontiers.

The Crypto will provide a choice of residential leases, including research areas and office space.
There will also be access to many facilities on board the ship, including bars, restaurants, lounges, fitness centers and casinos.
The commercial spaces will reportedly be operated by individual companies that may be interested in living and working from the sea.
Elwartowski reported that the Crypto ship will be delivered to sail in the Mediterranean waters on November 4th.
Columbia Cruise Services will handle the services and manage the vessel’s operations, and the vessel will be symbolically named Satoshi.

According to the same report, the rooms and residences on the "Satoshi" will be up for auction, of which 200 of the 777 cabins for customers and residents will be allocated for sale from November 5 to 28.

The purchase will give buyers full, unlimited ownership of their booths, with a monthly fee to cover additional operating expenses.
