Pork Lumpia (Shanghai Recipe)

What you need:

Lumpia wrappers

2 Eggs

Cooking oil (enough to deep fry)

For Fillings you need:

1 lbs. Ground pork

2 Carrot minced

7 cloves of garlic minced

2 Onion Minced

About half a cup of Parsley

2 tbsp ground Black pepper

1-2 teaspoon salt

Procedure :

Combine all the fillings in a bowl and mix

Note that there's actually 2 ways to prepare this by either cooking the fillings first or wrap it raw.

Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the filling and place it in the Lumpia wrapper (you can put more filling if you want) Spread the filling into a line and fold both side of the wrapper (at each end of line) and roll until it's nicely covered Now use the Eggs to Seal it completely.

Repeat until you run out of wrapper or fillings.

Heat the oil in a pot and deep fry the lumpia rolls until golden brown.

Remove from the oil and let the oil drip before serving.
