Basic Espasol Recipe

Ingredients :

1 Cup of Coconut Milk

1/2 Cup of Evaporated Milk

2 Cups of Glutinous Rice (Flour)

1 Cup of Brown Sugar

A Pinch of Salt

Vanilla Extract (optional)

Procedure:

Toast the Glutinous Rice Flour in Low heat until Slightly Browned and set aside (Preserve about 1/4 cup for Coating)

In a Pan Combine the Coconut milk, Evaporated milk, Brown Sugar, Salt and Vanilla extract . Keep stirring until everything is Dissolved.

Once Boiling Add the toasted Glutinous Rice flour and stir until the texture becomes sticky.

Dust a Stay with the remaining 1/4 Cup of Glutinous flour and Pour The Mixture, Spread and Flatten. Let it cool and cut according to your desired Shapes. Coat every pieces With glutinous Flour and Enjoy!
