Ingredients:
2 lbs. chicken (cut into desired size)
4-5 tbsp. of Soy sauce
3 tbsp. Vinegar
1-2 cups of water
4 tbsp. Oil
5 cloves of Garlic crushed
Optional ingredients:
1 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Oyster sauce
2-3 pieces of dried bay leaves
1-2 potatoes (cut in cubes)
Procedure:
Marinade the Chicken with the garlic and soy sauce for about an hour
Heat the Pan then place the cooking oil
Fry the marinated chicken until you see some golden brown
Pour the water and the marinade and let it boil
Add sugar and let it simmer until the sauce thickens a little.
I recommend frying the potatoes first before adding it to the adobo.
Enjoy it with rice!
