Today I'm sakib share with you some work out ideas that you can easily follow even inside your home this is helpful especially these trying times.
1.Push-Ups
You can do this work-out for 15 seconds
Bend your knee and form a straight line.
drop your body and feel the weight
push your whole body up.
Note. If it's too hard for you you can bend your knee so the weight will be decreased and the momentum will be Face the ceiling and bend your glutes, and knees (see the illustration below for woman) don't mind the toy car Lol! .
This exercise is good for the upperbody, chest, shoulder, and arms. Combination with leg movement you can also perform it anywhere
Plank position, straighten your arms. then raise your left leg and switch it to the rightÂ
This exercise is good for fat burning, glute, and especially your legs also it can enhance your balance and flexibility.
You can perform this with or without weights crossed your arm and put it together
Lunges are basically any variation of a leg exercise in which one of your legs will be positioned forward with the knee bent and the sole of the foot placed flat on the floor and your other leg bend behind (do this for 60 seconds)This one strengthens your wrist, arms, and core. It will improve your balance plus flexibility.
