Unfortunately, Racism is Everywhere!
A few days ago, a black man was killed in public in a city in the United States because of racism. Black people are thought to be an animal from outside the earth. People are falling prey to racism in various ways in their jobs or in any public or private sector. But is racism only in white and black people? Not at all! Racism is a social disorder that affects people from an early age due to lack of education. Those who make the difference between humans, and those who fall victim to racism are all creatures of the same planet. Yet why such a difference?
Well, let's first define racism. What do you mean by racism? "Racism is the act of depriving someone of the respect they deserve or of anything else." How can this be defined again?
Shares with you some facts that will give you a complete idea about racism. A few days ago, one of my older brothers interviewed me for a job. He has been trying for the last two years to get a job, but despite having a sufficient degree for the job, he has not been able to hold on to any job. The other day he went to a job interview and noticed something, he and a woman went to interview together. The woman is unmarried and beautiful. That job was the first interview of the woman's life. He left the girl's mobile number. The two of them returned home after finishing the interview nicely. The way my older brother answered all the questions in the interview, he has a confidence at the end of each interview that his interviews are like getting a job. But the girl's interview was not very good. But on the day of the result, he saw that although the girl had a job, she did not have one. Two things can happen here. At first the girl may have been chosen by the boss of the company, otherwise the girl may have done something which they felt was necessary to keep the girl in their company. This is because at present most of the companies employ more girls in their companies. Because girls are good at dealing with any buyer or order management. Boys are good at that, but boys don't have big boobs. Which, of course, made the video an overnight sensation. However, my older brother still believes that God does everything for the better.
A great example of how girls get more benefits in all fields is in the education system. Every teacher is always weak on female students. They speak harshly to boys but not to girls. There are some teachers who have a bad character try to establish a relationship with the female students in some way. Yesterday an audio record went viral between a female student and a teacher. Where the teacher wants his daughter to have an immoral relationship with the student in exchange for raising the mark in the test result, in exchange for freeing the salary of the educational institution. At some point a teacher's character wants to have a sexual relationship with the student. In addition, there are cases of increasing the mark in the examination book all the time. The results of almost every girl in our university are much better than those of boys, which does not mean that boys lag behind girls in education.
There is a proverb that says, "People value appearance before they value quality." This saying is eternally true and will continue until the world is destroyed. And whenever people give priority to appearance, racism will remain.
My neighbor has a daughter. The girl is not very pretty to look at. The boy refused to marry the girl. The only reason the boy's side is rejected is because the girl is not beautiful to look at.Some boys agree but they claim a lot of money as dowry. Even though it is considered a crime in today's society, the girl's family pays dowry despite her reluctance. The only purpose of giving them dowry is to get their daughter married. Because they have no son to marry their daughter. Because the girl is black.
No matter how much we say racism should be eradicated, in fact sometimes we create racism. That means we should do it ourselves before we say anything.
