Education Purpose

Once a child is born from its mother's womb, its parents have a goal to make their child highly educated, intelligent, mentally developed, physically fit and an all-rounder in all respects. For that purpose, he educated his child from school, college and sent him to an institution like university for higher education. But what does a student learn from this university? And how rich is what he learns in international standards? I will try to say something briefly about the context of our country and the quality of education system of our university.

Study standard:

What I will say at the outset is that the standard of education at the university level in our country is at an all time low compared to the universities in other countries. In the beginning they provided various books to teach all the other university students. But because of the different concepts of wealth, the teacher made a sheet of important topics from all the books. But their teaching is different. Students should be given a sheet of that topic if they want to explain a concept to a student, because if a student comes home with a revision on that topic then it is helpful to understand that topic in class the next day. But teachers don't do that, they teach new topics every day. If a student does not understand that topic the next day there is no chance to say.

Lab Facility:

Although our lab facilities are not very good quality, we are satisfied with what we have. We can complete 80% of the experiments with all the chemicals and instruments in the chemistry lab. But the problem is incompetent teachers. Although there is a facility to teach, there is a lack of skilled teachers. Basically, it is not possible to complete more than one experiment in one day. If you do more than one experiment, those experiments are never learned. But a lot of our teachers are ultra legends. He completed four lab experiments in one day. He doesn't care if we can understand those lab experiments or not. So how do we increase our practical knowledge? Unfortunately, we have not yet mastered the basics. In other words, their own failure, even the failure of teachers.

Online class:

There is nothing wrong with teaching through online classes. I know that the lockdown caused by covid-19, online classes were arranged to get rid of it. But the most difficult thing to focus on in the online class. I didn't learn anything after about a year and a half of online classes. Because the theory always seemed boring to me but the practical is very interesting! What is needed most in today's world is practical knowledge. But the most important thing in any job sector is the test results. But that cannot be the standard of a good student. Even if someone is bad at theoretical, practical can be much better. It is not a theory that is most needed in practical knowledge.

Exam system: Suppose you memorize a 2 page theory overnight. He forgot to write that theory in the exam book. But if you could see a line in the middle, maybe you could get 5 to 6 more marks. What would you do in that case? It's normal to ask for help from a friend sitting next to you. But our exam hall sergeant guards are so tight that no student can get dizzy. And if you try to talk to someone, they are not allowed to take the exam anymore. Results Your results are very bad, you will not get any job in the job, your evaluation is low.

Teachers at a university are never the enemy of students, but the relationship between a teacher and a student is like a parent-child or friendship. Where the teacher will take care of the students, the students will respect the teachers. But in our case the picture is different. While 90% of our friends respect teachers from the outside, they hate them from the heart. Because our relationship with them is a lot like the enemy of teachers. If you are a teacher, you will learn to love your student, he will help you to increase your respect and dignity.
